Vacancy:

We are the only international company in Central Asia that specializes in shipping goods from China to the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Britain and Australia. 
Our main clients are online sellers from the largest marketplaces: Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopif

The company is small - 9 key employees and a wide range of contractors, but we are steadily developing, growing and automating. Now we have a goal of scaling sales by multiples, and we are looking for a Head of Sales for this very purpose.

Why are we looking for you?

Until now, the sales department has been run by the founder himself.

But the company is growing - now we are ready to hand over sales management to you so that you:

💼 Optimize processes in the existing department

💼 Optimize funnels, CRM and analytics

💼 Increase conversions and ensure sales growth

💼 Inspire and motivate the team to achieve ambitious goals

What you will do?

👉 Develop the existing sales team and ensure its stable growth

👉 Optimize processes: CRM, funnels, reporting, KPIs

👉 Motivate and train the team, monitor results

👉 Negotiate with key clients and help close large deals

👉 Continuously improve processes, test hypotheses and develop strategies

You will be a good fit for us if:

✅️ You have experience as an ROP or senior manager in B2B (3 years or more)

✅️ You know how to optimize processes and manage a results-oriented team

✅️ You understand how sales work in logistics, eCom or FEA

✅️ You work with CRM, spreadsheets and task managers

✅️ You can think clearly, structure information and communicate ideas

✅️ You want to grow in an international company and develop a global business.
